Diving Phi Phi National Park

Diving Phi Phi National Park lets you experience some of the best diving in Thailand. The National Park dive sites are all a short boat ride from the main island of Phi Phi Don so you can experience two great dives in just half a day. The local diving for certified divers takes place at the Phi Phi Ley and Bida Islands. We have two trips every day at either 7.30am or 1.30pm, each dive is up to one hour including the safety stop. We vary the local dive sites as much as possible and weather permitting we take a lunch break in Maya Bay (this is not usually possible between late May and early October).

Testimonials
The diving schools donโ€™t vary much on Ko Phi Phi (fixed prices, etc.) but Barakuda still seems to stand out. The equipment was good, the groups are kept small (we were two people doing our advanced course). The best reason to choose Barakuda, though, was our instructor Steve. If youโ€™re looking for a very professional, well informed and calm but still funny and charming instructor, ask for Steve. A well appreciated change.
I completed my Advanced Open Water Diver certification with Phi Phi Barakuda center under the supervision of Mariano in Feburary 2019. The entire experience was fantastic and I would certainly recommend this center. One of the major factors which made this experience success was the calmness with which Mariano instructed us on the nuances of diving, even the silly ones. Additionally, the equipments were well maintained and in superb condition. In my diving experiences so far, these two were the major impediments to my learning. Moreover, even though the dives were part of a course, Mariano ensured that we had exciting views and experiences in the same. We observed a turtle, a Leopard Shark, a wreck as well as Bioluminescent Phytoplanktons underwater. May the tides be with you !
Sending some time on the island I decided to continue with my diving. Koh Phi Phi is an amazing location for diving. It was where i did my first time and where I did my Open Water course. I found Barakuda Dive Center where I was informed about the Advanced Adventurer/Advanced Open Water. Angie gave me all the info I needed and ended up being my instructor. Along with another student Angie made all the needed dives both fun and practical. Not only was she very professional and friendly she also gave some great suggestions on what to do and where to go during my stay on the island.
i took me Padi advanced and enriched air 2 weeks ago. i had Michael as instruktor and i can highly recommend diving with him. learned alot and he has a nice calm vibe around he that makes you feel safe and at the same time there is a lot of smiles and laughter. can only recommend the place and i’ll come back for sure if im on Phi Phi. Cheers ๐Ÿ™‚
